Domestic Trade Documentary Assistant
1. More than one year of work experience in order tracking or more than two years of work experience in enterprises are preferred

1. Conduct effective collection of international major customer information, analyze the information, evaluate potential customer needs, as well as customer size, main products, market share, current buyers, etc;
2. Obtain effective communication channels and establish effective communication with international major customer brand headquarters;
3. Responsible for conveying effective information and conducting preliminary development preparations;
4. Visit major clients to gain a deeper understanding of their information and needs, and enhance effective communication with them;
5. Responsible for timely transmission of key customer information to the corresponding maintenance personnel and conducting preliminary sample preparation work;
6. Effectively track the samples and provide timely feedback on customer feedback;
7. Collaborate with maintenance personnel to accurately arrange orders for production until shipment
8. Effective communication between collaborative maintenance personnel and their affiliated processing plants;

Job Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with the business team to provide customer development support;
2. Complete sales order service processing (including communication and processing with clients, business teams, and production factories);
3. After sales work (reconciliation processing, payment follow-up, customer complaint handling, etc.)
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, 1-2 years of experience in foreign trade business, with priority given to foreign trade follow-up experience;
2. English proficiency level 4 or above, proficient in operating Excel and Word files;
3. Relevant auxiliary material work experience or basic knowledge of shipping is preferred.
